Our restaurant
The architectural curation and interior design of the restaurant have been expertly crafted by renowned architect Lazaro Rosa Violan, resulting in a space that seamlessly blends style and comfort.
Authenticity is key, and the restaurant’s focus on gastronomy ensures that guests are treated to an innovative menu crafted by the incredible Panagiotis Giakalis and Petros Foteinis in collaboration with the executive chef of Sofitel Athens Airport Theofani Stathis, the executive sous chef Dimitrios Dimtsos, the chef Theodoros Ypsilos and the executive chef of the Mitsis group, Dimitrios Steiakakis.
The list of drinks and wines has been selected with care and attention by the drinks consultant of the Mitsis group, Chris Houseas. The entire concept is coordinated by the executive chef Alexandros Papandreou, who is committed to culinary excellence.
